At Nekoto Books, we want you to be completely satisfied with your literary-inspired fashion. If your purchase doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the apparel is free from wear, washes, or damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
